With over 20 years of experience at James Hardie, a global leader in fiber-cement products, Chad has held various technical and managerial positions, including Group Manager of Global Platform Innovation and Sr. Technical Manager. Chad is also active in several key technical committees, serving as a Technical Committee Member for ANSI A108, a member of the TCNA Handbook and Backerboard Subcommittee, and previously as the C17 Technical Committee Chairman for ASTM International. Chad's early career includes engineering roles at Sunrise Medical, Wausau Paper, and Kimberly-Clark. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with an Actuarial Emphasis, along with Economics and Business, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and additional studies at California State University, Fullerton.
