Ryan Kilcullen has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Ryan has been with James Hardie since 2011, starting as a Supply Chain Engineer and subsequently holding various positions such as Supply Chain Manager for the ColorPlus Business Unit and North America. In 2015, they became Vice President of Central Operations, responsible for supply chain and centralized manufacturing functions. From 2016 to 2022, they served as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing all manufacturing operations and supply chain. In 2022, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Operations. Prior to joining James Hardie, Ryan worked at James Hardie Building Products as a Process Engineer, Finishing Manager, and PcI/PdI Engineer.
Ryan Kilcullen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Ryan then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Engineering in Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2011.
