Kim Davidson

Kim Davidson currently serves as the Director of the Community Engagement & Volunteer Center at James Madison University. Prior to this role, Kim was a Capital Campaign Consultant for the Arcadia Project, where a successful $1.5 million capital campaign for fundraising was coordinated. As Executive Director at Allegheny Mountain Institute, Kim provided strategic leadership and managed a team overseeing various educational farm initiatives. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Gettysburg College, where management of public service partnerships and promotion of Jewish life were key responsibilities. Kim also has experience in program coordination and teaching at Augsburg University, curriculum development for a therapeutic wilderness program, and community development through the Peace Corps.
