Sasha Griffith

Sasha Griffith has extensive experience in adventure programming and leadership development. Currently serving as the Interim Associate Director for Programs & TEAM at James Madison University since 2013, Sasha oversees the Adventure Program and manages the TEAM Challenge Course and Adventure Rental Program. As President and CEO of Ferelith Consulting, LLC, since February 2024, Sasha provides consulting on teambuilding and program development. Additionally, Sasha has contributed to the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education as a board member and former Chair, and co-owned Choose to Lead, focusing on leadership skills and personal development. Previous roles include Ropes Course Director at the Florida United Methodist Children's Home and Group Education Instructor at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Sasha holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and an MS in Training and Development.
