Zoe Solomon

Zoe Solomon is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at James Richardson Corporation Pty Ltd since February 2023, and as Principal at Solomon Advisory since April 2022. Additionally, Zoe holds an Advisory Board Member position at HardFizz. Previously, Zoe served as General Counsel and VP Legal at Carlton & United Breweries from October 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included direct reporting to the CEO, and played a key role in overseeing legal matters for one of Australia's iconic beer companies. Earlier experience includes the role of Legal Director and Legal Counsel at Hall & Wilcox from 2011 to 2015, during which Zoe successfully managed over 20 public and private M&A deals, joint ventures, and advised on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Zoe Solomon holds a degree from Monash University.
