Jamestown Estate Homes is a family-owned business founded by Greg Hawes, with his daughters Elizabeth, Victoria, and Katy.  Greg was a founder and president of a Houston semi-custom builder for 18 years. In 2010, he made the jump to full custom, luxury home building. By starting Jamestown Estate Homes, Greg fulfilled his lifelong dream of having a family business, built from the ground up.
Jamestown has been recognized with prestigious awards, including The Woodlands Custom Builder of the Year and Houston Custom Builder of the Year.  We have also won numerous awards for our designs and the service team members provide.
