Michele Alanis

Michele Alanis has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Michele began their career in 2000 as Human Resources Manager at eCongo. In the same year, they also worked as Human Resources Manager at Corona Networks, Inc. where they maintained compliance with federal and state employment laws, administered benefit programs, and managed workers compensation. In 2003, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Search Tech Medical where they managed the medical staffing company's HR department and office management duties at two locations. Finally, in 2005, they became the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Jan Marini Skin Research where they provided guidance and coaching to executives and business unit managers, supervised a staff of four, and recruited and interviewed employees to fill vacant positions.

Michele Alanis attended San Jose State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. Her field of study was Human Resources Management.
