Chitra Menon is Jana Small Finance Bank’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Chitra has over 26 years of Banking experience across Operations, Retail Branch Banking, Risk Management, Process Re-engineering, Service quality and Internal Controls.

Prior to joining Jana Bank , Chitra worked with ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank in various roles .Chitra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Diploma in Business Management from IGNOU. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
