Rajendra Sharma

Rajendra Sharma has extensive experience in the finance and compliance sectors, currently serving as Lead Microfinance at Bajaj Finance Limited since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rajendra held various positions at Jana Small Finance Bank, starting as AVP - Compliance, where responsibilities included testing the effectiveness of controls, and earlier roles in Audit and FCU. Rajendra also worked at L&T Finance in RCU to prevent and investigate frauds, served as Branch Service Manager at Reliance General Insurance, and began a career as a Credit Officer at ICICI HFC Ltd. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. and MBA in Computer Science and Marketing from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya (2002-2005).
