Usha G is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Jana Small Finance Bank. Previously, Usha held the position of Head ASM at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and served as IT Enterprise Head Application Support SVP at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Usha also contributed to ING Now Kotak Mahindra Bank as Head IT Retail Engagement and worked in Wholesale Application Support at ING Vysya Bank. Usha G holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Madras and completed 12th grade in Science with Maths at Vidyodaya Matriculation Academy.
