Ariella Kaplan

Ariella Kaplan is a Product Specialist, Payment Specialist, and Customer Support Representative at Jane.app. Prior to joining Jane.app, Ariella worked at Shopify as a Customer Success Specialist, Commercial Accelerator, Retail Support Specialist, and Support Advisor. Before that, Ariella was self-employed at AriellaK, where Ariella worked with small business owners to build their brands. Ariella also owned O' My Goodness, where Ariella launched a vegan snack product line. Additionally, Ariella ran a web design and development agency called Sprout Interactive. Ariella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
