Nicholas Mak

Nicholas Mak is an experienced Javascript Developer currently working at jane.app since June 2020. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as a Front End Developer at TELUS Digital from August 2017 to May 2020, contributing components to the Telus Design System ReactJS UI Framework. Earlier experience includes a position as a Front-end Developer at Hypercare, focusing on redesigning web pages using ReactJS and Redux, and designing user interfaces for healthcare applications. Nicholas also worked as a Medical Assistant with Canadian Forces Health Services from November 2012 to August 2017, and as an Emergency Management Assistant during a summer internship at the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, where various safety and disaster recovery projects were undertaken. In addition to a strong background in software development and design, Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western University, obtained in 2016.
