Umer Mansoor

Umer Mansoor is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of AI at January AI since March 2025. Previously, Umer held multiple leadership roles at Course Hero, including Director of Engineering for New Product Ventures, where achievements included rapid GenAI product prototyping and team management focused on product-market fit. Umer also contributed to significant growth at Course Hero by developing GenAI pipelines and enhancing team productivity. Prior experience includes senior engineering roles at Glassdoor, where management of two engineering teams led to notable increases in conversion rates, and Electronic Arts, overseeing critical platform technologies.
