Benjamin Webster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Benjamin currently works at Janus International as a DevOps Engineer, where they are responsible for managing infrastructure. Prior to this, they worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Janus International and as an Infrastructure Administrator. Benjamin also has experience at Southeastern Computer Associates as a Network Engineer, where they managed IT infrastructure and built client networks. Benjamin started their career at Intelliteach as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and later transitioned to a Service Desk Analyst role, troubleshooting technical issues for clients. Before that, Benjamin worked at Office Depot as a Customer Service Specialist, providing excellent customer service and maintaining store operations.

Benjamin Webster attended Chattahoochee Technical College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Technology. Benjamin'sfield of study at the college was Biomedical Technology/Technician. In August 2013, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Office Specialist Master from Microsoft.
