Aditya Kameswara has held various roles in the poultry industry. ADITYA started their career in 2002, working as a Production Manager for Comercial Broiler Farm at JAPFA COMFEED VIETNAM. ADITYA later joined PT. Ciomas Adisatwa in 2012 as the Head of Unit until 2015. Lastly, they returned to JAPFA COMFEED VIETNAM in 2015 as the Head of Poultry Commercial South Vietnam Operation.
From 1998 to 2001, Aditya Kameswara attended Politeknik Negeri Jember, where they earned an Ahli Madya degree in Produksi Ternak.

Japfa has been present in Vietnam since 1996 through a joint venture with the Vietnam Livestock Corporation. In 1999, Japfa became a 100% foreign-invested enterprise under the name Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. Currently, the company operates 8 feed mills, over 1,600 poultry and swine farms, with a network of 20 retail outlets distributing Japfa Best brand fresh meat and processed food products.
