Alok Gupta

Alok Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international business development and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Executive VP & Global Business Head at Jaquar & Company Private Limited since April 2019, Alok has spearheaded efforts to expand the business from exports to a broader international focus, achieving a five-fold growth and overseeing operations in over 55 countries. Prior to this role, Alok held the position of Vice President for International Business at Havells India Ltd, where P&L responsibilities spanned global markets and accelerated business growth. Alok's career also includes leadership roles at ASSA ABLOY Group, HP, and Philips Lighting, where significant contributions were made to build market-leading positions and drive revenue growth. Alok holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) and an MBA in Business Economics, both from Delhi University.
