Brianna Guerrero

Brianna Guerrero is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment field, currently serving as a Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator at Jasper since April 2024. Prior to this position, Brianna worked as a Business Development Representative at Envoy and held multiple roles at Modern Health, including Technical Sourcer and Recruiting Coordinator, where efforts focused on destigmatizing mental health care. Brianna has demonstrated leadership as the Latinx ERG Lead, creating supportive spaces for the Latinx community and allies. Earlier experience includes recruiting coordination at Side and Airbnb, where Brianna significantly contributed to interview scheduling and candidate experience. Brianna began the career at 21st Amendment Brewery, transitioning through various customer service roles while managing high-volume environments.
