Jill Smith

Jill Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Manager of Organizational Change and Development at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since September 2005. Jill's career at Zaxby's has included various leadership roles, such as Franchise Training Solutions Manager and Menu Innovation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting product implementation, program management, and training initiatives. Prior to Zaxby's, Jill managed restaurant operations at McDonald's Corporation. Jill holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Georgia.
