Currently serving as Trade Sales Region Manager at Jaybro since July 2022, Caitlin has also held positions as Trade Sales Team Leader and Trade Sales Account Manager within the company. Prior to Jaybro, Caitlin worked at Fletcher Insulation as a Territory Manager for Retail in NSW and as a National Customer Service Officer from December 2017 to July 2022. Caitlin's earlier experience includes roles at Rheem Australia and Crown Equipment Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included business support and sales coordination. Caitlin began the career as an Office Administrator at Lloyd Harrington. Caitlin holds a Diploma in Events Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute, completed in 2013.
