Jonathan Davis is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in security management and risk analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Security at Jazz at Lincoln Center since August 2023, Jonathan has also held a long-term position at The Renco Group Inc. since October 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing all security operations, investigations, and executive protection. As the owner and Director of Security at Consummate Executive Services Inc., Jonathan provides executive protection and security consultancy services. Previous roles include Security Manager at W Times Square Hotel and Security Supervisor at Embassy Suite Hotel in New York City. Jonathan holds an Associate degree in Security Management from John Jay College and a certification in computer programming/IT support from Bayside High School.

The mission of Jazz at Lincoln Center is to entertain, enrich and expand a global community for Jazz through performance, education and advocacy. Representing the totality of jazz music, Jazz at Lincoln Center’s mission is carried out through four elements; educational, curatorial, archival, and ceremonial, capturing, in unparalleled scope, the full spectrum of the jazz experience. With the world-renowned Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and guest artists spanning genres and generations, Jazz at Lincoln Center produces thousands of performance, education, and broadcast events each season. Jazz at Lincoln Center is led by Managing and Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis, and Executive Director Greg Scholl.
