Ali Naseer has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and sectors. Ali started their career in the Government of Pakistan, where they held various leadership positions, including Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate. During their time there, they managed crisis management, regulatory enforcement, and local government administration.

After their tenure in the government, Ali Naseer worked at the Asian Development Bank as a Project Director, overseeing a multi-million-dollar project aimed at revamping technical and vocational institutes in Punjab, Pakistan. Ali led a team of officers from different government departments.

Following their time at the Asian Development Bank, Ali Naseer joined British American Tobacco, where they held several roles. As the Asia Pacific Head of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, they provided strategic and communications input to the Regional Leadership team. Ali also served as the Director of External Affairs, leading a team responsible for stakeholder engagement and corporate brand building in South Asia.

Currently, Ali Naseer is working at Jazz, Pakistan's leading telecommunications and digital service provider. Ali has served as the Chief Corporate & Enterprise Officer and the Chief Business Officer, responsible for both B2C and B2B markets. Ali is currently serving as the Chief Data & Strategy Officer, leading Jazz's Fintech and Data Business.

Overall, Ali Naseer has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, gained from their work in the government, development sector, and corporate industry.

Ali Naseer completed their SEP degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public-Private Partnership for Social Sector Development from Penn State University in 2003. In 1999, they received an M.Sc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London. Earlier, they obtained a Diploma in Public Administration & Law from the National School of Public Policy, Pakistan in 1994. Their undergraduate education includes a B.Sc (Econ) in Government & Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1990.
