Shafak Malik has a diverse work experience in the telecommunication industry. Shafak started their career at Warid Telecom in 2005 as a Client Relations Officer in the CS Operations Team. Shafak then worked as a Training and Development Specialist from 2008 to 2014 at the same company. In 2015, they joined Warid Telecom as an Assistant Manager in Training Development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Operations & Vendor Management at Jazz, starting in July 2022. Previously, they were the Head of Training and Development at Jazz from 2016 to 2022.
Shafak Malik holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Pak Aims. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" and "How to Resolve Conflicts" from LinkedIn in 2022.
