Muizz Tayyab is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data services and analytics across prominent telecommunications companies. As the Head of Data Services & Monetization at Jazz since January 2017, Muizz has driven the growth of data services, focusing on client success and revenue enhancement. Muizz previously transformed customer value management and engagement strategies using AI/ML technologies, leading initiatives such as the RT-Marketing Hub and scalable Customer Data Platforms. Prior roles include directing a $25M data transformation project and managing the Data Management Platform, enhancing customer targeting and analytics capabilities. Muizz's earlier career includes significant consulting roles at IBM and a managerial position at Warid Telecom, focused on customer segmentation and retention strategies. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Sciences from the University of the Punjab and ongoing certification in Digital Transformation from INSEAD.
