Saad Sohail

Saad Sohail has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Accounting & Internal Control at Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd since April 2012, where responsibilities include financial and group reporting, SOX compliance, and IFRS. Prior to this, Saad held the position of Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting at the same company, focusing on finance operations and transaction advisory. From December 2007 to April 2012, Saad was the Regional Finance Controller for Pakistan & South West Asia at Oracle Corporation, managing various finance and compliance functions. Earlier in the career, Saad worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers as Manager Assurance & Business Advisory, specializing in risk assessment and compliance. Saad holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab.
