Umer Qadeem

Umer Qadeem is an experienced procurement professional with over 17 years of expertise in indirect procurement and operations. Currently serving as Category Manager for Indirect Procurement at Jazz since January 2020, Umer manages sourcing for Professional Services, Market Research, SIM and Scratch Cards, and Customer Experience, overseeing a substantial procurement budget of approximately 6 billion. Prior experience includes roles as Head of PO Fulfillment at VEON, where Umer implemented best practices for procurement operations, and various positions at Jazz/Mobilink, including Manager and Assistant Manager in Indirect and Technical Procurement. Umer began the career as Associate Technical Procurement at Mobilink and has also held a senior communication executive role at Makkays. Umer holds an MBA in Information Technology from Bahria University.
