Elaine Aggers

Elaine Aggers (Eaton) is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction and project development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at JB Pacific since February 2022, Elaine is focused on transforming Sorrento Valley into a Bio Tech Hub. Previously, Elaine worked as a Project Manager at Suffolk Construction from April 2018 to February 2022, where attention to detail and a passion for construction quality were highlighted. At General Atomics (July 2016 - April 2018), Elaine managed various internal projects, including specialized lab spaces and infrastructure upgrades. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at HITT Contracting Inc., where Elaine managed corporate interior projects exceeding 500,000 square feet. Elaine began career training as a Construction Intern at Forrester Construction. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, graduating in 2008.
