Jose Rostran

Jose Rostran has extensive experience in HVAC maintenance and management, currently serving as the Lead Mechanic at JBG SMITH since March 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing all HVAC equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, replacing compressors, rekeying locks, addressing plumbing issues, and managing temperature-related service requests. Jose's background also includes working as the Lead Engineer at Stoladi Property Group from December 2000 to February 2011, where the focus was on maintaining HVAC systems, including centrifugal chillers and Trane VAV boxes, as well as assisting with troubleshooting at other properties. Jose holds a master HVAC certification and handles supply orders for multiple properties.
