Marcus Lai

Marcus Lai has extensive experience in residential revenue management and asset management, currently serving as the SVP and Director of Residential Revenue Management at JBG SMITH since June 2009. Prior roles at JBG SMITH include SVP of Residential Asset Management and various levels up to Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Marcus held the position of Asset Manager at Fairfield Residential, focusing on multifamily housing asset valuation and lifecycle guidance. Earlier experience includes an Operations Specialist role at Archstone-Smith and a Front Desk Manager position at Marriott International. Marcus Lai holds an MBA in Business Administration from The George Washington University and a BS in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
