Holly Pliska

Holly Pliska is an experienced professional in the meat industry, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at JBS USA since May 2021, where previous roles included Talent Development Manager, Cattle Procurement Logistics Manager, and Grading Supervisor. Prior to this, Holly worked at Outback Steakhouse from December 2017 to April 2021 in a Front of House position. Additional experience includes internships in Plant Operations at JBS USA in both summer 2019 and 2020. Holly holds a degree in Animal Science with a focus on Food Animal from the University of Florida, earned between 2017 and 2021.
