Sharon Gordon

Sharon Gordon currently serves as Chief Program Officer at JCC MetroWest, a position held since 1999, where responsibilities include supervision and leadership of program departments, budget planning, resource development, and advocacy. Sharon is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, from 1993 to 1998, Sharon worked as a Development Executive for Special and Capital Gifts at UJA-Federation of New York, focusing on resource development for Jewish Continuity Programs. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Director for the New York Metropolitan Region at the American Technion Society from 1990 to 1993, where coordination of community campaigns and special events were key responsibilities.
