Katie Crocker has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katie began their career as a Presidential Management Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Following this, they worked as a Management Analyst at the US Forest Service, where they assisted with budget creation and analysis. Katie then joined OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University, first as a Compensation Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they developed pay programs and provided financial analysis for labor costs. Katie then served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, studying the language and culture of a village in Niger. Katie returned to OHSU as a Senior Financial Analyst, managing the financial model and providing financial planning support. After that, they served as a Benefits Manager at OHSU, overseeing employee benefit programs and managing benefit vendors. Most recently, they joined J.D. Power as a Benefits Manager, leading the design and administration of employee benefits for multiple countries. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated expertise in benefits management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Katie Crocker obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Willamette University from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Willamette University from 2002 to 2004.
