Prior roles include CHRO for Puratos, where Danielle contributed to innovative product offerings in the bakery and chocolate sectors, and HR Director with a focus on talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, where significant improvements in brand awareness and applicant engagement were achieved. Previous experience also includes HR leadership at Philips Lighting and Vale, where Danielle implemented strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
