Ian Winchurch is an accomplished technology professional with a diverse background in IT service management and programming. Currently serving as the Technology Services Transition & Transformation Program Manager at JDE Peet's since July 2015, Ian is responsible for overseeing the global transition of technology services support to a new supplier while focusing on modernizing end-user support and infrastructure technologies through automation. Prior to this role, Ian held several positions at Kraft Foods from June 2006 to July 2015, including Global Service Delivery CoE Manager and UK & Ireland Cluster IT Manager, and gained programming experience as a Senior IS Analyst, working with languages such as VB6, VB.NET, VBA, and PL/SQL. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton between 2002 and 2006.
