Loris Vivien currently serves as the Global Social Sustainability Manager and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) & Social Impact at JDE Peet's, where responsibilities include developing global DE&I strategies and leading initiatives for employee engagement. Previously, Loris held various positions at Danone, including Operations Project Manager and Co-founder of the Danone Pride BeNeLux Employee Resource Group, focusing on fostering an inclusive work culture for the LGBTQ community. Loris began professional experience as a Research Trainee in Food and Flavor Science at the University of Minnesota and holds a Master’s Degree in Food Engineering from AgroSup Dijon.
