Pleuni van Kessel currently serves as a Global Customer Solutions Specialist at JDE Peet's since May 2020, focusing on the development of branded concepts for coffee solutions. Previously, Pleuni held the position of Senior Category Marketing Specialist, managing the Douwe Egberts and L’Or coffee brands in the liquid category. From January 2014 to April 2020, Pleuni was Brand Manager for Natural Foods at Koninklijke Peijnenburg BV, overseeing marketing for brands like Nakd, TREK, BEAR, and Urban Fruit, as well as managing the Peijnenburg brand. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Brand Manager and completing a Master's thesis in packaging design engineering at the University of Twente, where Pleuni earned an Engineer's Degree. Education also includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Twente. Prior roles included field researcher at Newcom Research & Consultancy B.V. and participation in a BSc. graduation assignment at Vanderlande Industries.
