Kaitlin O'Connor, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at JDH since August 2020, Kaitlin has previously held positions including Sr. Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Representative at Gavilon Group, LLC, and FMLA Specialist at Union Pacific Railroad. Starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Ruskin Company, Kaitlin has developed and managed comprehensive HR programs, facilitated new hire orientations, administered employee incentives, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Kaitlin holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Kansas State University.
