James Kerrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and outdoor education. As the Founder and CEO of JDI Integrations from March 2019 to May 2025, James has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and strategic vision. James also served as a Field Instructor for NOLS from April 2019 to April 2022, where expertise in outdoor education and wilderness survival was showcased. Prior to this, James had a distinguished career in the US Navy from June 2013 to September 2017 as a Naval Officer and Surface Warfare Officer, including roles as Weapons Officer aboard the USS Rushmore and as Executive Assistant to the Commanding Officer at the Naval Special Warfare Center. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy and has completed specialized training in alpine mountaineering and technical leadership through the American Alpine Institute and NOLS.
