Yuliana Alvarez has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as a Quality Analyst and Content Specialist at JDK Outstanding Technologies since April 2023. Prior to this role, Yuliana worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester and developed customer service skills as a Customer Service Representative for CHOICE HOTELS at Teleperformance from February 2017 to November 2018. Yuliana also has a background in education, having worked as an English Teacher at both INSTITUTO TÉCNICO DE EXALUMNOS SALESIANOS ITEXSAL and LANGUAGE SCHOOL ITEXSAL from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included planning activities for elementary and high school students. Earlier experience includes providing customer service in English for TXU ENERGY COMPANY at TELUS. Yuliana holds a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Universidad de El Salvador, completed in August 2017.
