Carly Tait

Carly Tait is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, campaign management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner at JD Sports Fashion plc since June 2022, Carly previously held roles such as Board Trustee for Home-Start Manchester, Campaign Manager for Morphy Richards at Glen Dimplex, and Founder and Chair of the Disability Network at Co-op. With a background as a GB Paralympian and experience in digital marketing from organizations like Churchwood Finance Group, Bupa, and Findel Education, Carly combines a strong marketing foundation with a commitment to inclusivity. Carly holds a 1st Class BA Hons in Advertising & Marketing Communications from the University of Central Lancashire.
