Daniel Weaver

Daniel Weaver is an experienced professional in energy operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of District Energy Operations at JEA since June 2023, overseeing multiple chilled water production plants and associated technicians. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions such as Senior Electrical Design Consultant at Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Manager of Wastewater Treatment and Reuse at JEA, showcasing a diverse background in engineering, project management, and operations. Daniel also has extensive technical experience from previous roles at Cogentrix Energy, JEA, Florida Power & Light, and Seminole Electric Cooperative, with a solid foundation in electrical, instrumentation, controls, and maintenance supervision. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University and is a veteran of the US Navy, where significant training and oversight of electrical systems were provided.
