Thurman McGlothlin

Thurman McGlothlin has extensive experience in fleet services and operations, currently serving as Associate Manager of Fleet Services Operations at JEA since November 1998, previously holding the role of Associate Manager for Fleet Capital & Logistics Support, Fleet Specialist, and Vehicle Asset Coordinator. Prior experience includes an internship at Perry / McCall Construction and roles in maintenance and administrative services at Barnett Banks Inc., as well as crew foreman duties at Grenthumb Landscaping. Thurman served in the United States Marine Corps as a CPL from 1988 to 1992. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Flagler College, and an Associate’s Degree in General Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
