Tracee Karlsson

Tracee Karlsson is an accomplished finance and business operations leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Jeenie since May 2025, Tracee has previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Onspire Health Marketing, where responsibilities included establishing finance and HR departments and leading a dedicated team. Prior to that, Tracee was Vice President of Finance and Administration at PeraHealth: The Rothman Index, overseeing all finance functions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Premier Inc. and AmerisourceBergen, where Tracee significantly enhanced financial reporting processes and compliance. Tracee holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BBA from Georgia College & State University.
