Currently serving as the Head of Accounting Policy at Jefferies since November 2019, Gautam previously held the position of Executive Director of Accounting Policy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2014 to November 2019. Prior to that, Gautam worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Financial Accounting & Reporting Services from April 2005 to June 2014 and began their career as an Analyst at GE Capital from 2003 to 2005. Gautam holds a CPA from Michigan and completed a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accounting and Economics from Delhi University.
