Dennis Mullen possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sales and Relationship Manager and previously as Assistant General Manager at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since November 2017, Mullen's background includes roles such as Operations Manager at Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood and General Manager/Sommelier at Wine Bistro. Other significant positions held include General Manager/Operations of National Guest Services at Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group and Director of Operations at Haiku, Bluefish, and Bento Go Go. Mullen's career began at Chart House Restaurant as General Manager. Mullen holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Earlham College and completed a college preparatory program at Fairfield Senior High School.
