Erin Patton, RDN, has extensive experience in the culinary and nutrition fields, currently serving as a Hospitalian and Sales Professional at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since March 2023. Previously, Erin worked at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as a Sales Associate for Ocean Prime from March 2018 to March 2023. As a Functional Medicine Consultant at XYMOGEN from June 2021 to January 2022, Erin was responsible for educating practitioners on products, conducting client visits, and driving brand loyalty. Erin also completed a dietetic internship at the University of Northern Colorado, gaining over 1000 hours in clinical, community, and food service management settings, alongside providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and facilitating group education classes. Erin earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics/Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has prior educational experience at The Ohio State University.
