Tony Shaw is an experienced restaurant management professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment since July 2018, Tony has also held positions such as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at River House Restaurant & Raw Bar, where Tony served as Assistant General Manager and Beverage Director, and a significant tenure at Tavern Restaurant Group as Bar Manager and Corporate Trainer. Additionally, Tony worked as a consultant at Cincinnati State, instructing students on crucial beverage management topics. Educational credentials include attendance at the University of Cincinnati from 1998 to 2001, and Moeller High School, where attendance spanned from 1994 to 1998.
