They also worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. / CMD as the Managing Director of HR, at Advantage IQ and Ecos IQ as a Sr. HR Business Partner, at R2C Group as the Director of HR, at Merix as the Director of Training and OD, at adidas as the Director of Employee Relations, Staffing and Diversity for North America, and at Intel as a Business Group HR Manager. Throughout their career, Arden has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including compliance, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and strategic business partnering.
Arden Owens, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources from Oregon State University. They also earned an Associate's degree (AS) in Fashion Merchandising from Boise State University. In addition, they studied Marketing and Management at Eastern Oregon University. Arden completed their high school education at Redmond Highschool. Arden has also obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Carolina. They are also certified as an SPHR.
