Catriona Longford's work experience includes various roles in human resources. Catriona started their career in 2004 as a Senior HR Officer at Regents College. Catriona then worked as an HR Business Partner at 4u Business from 2005 to 2006. Catriona joined Phones 4u in 2006 as the Head of HR and stayed there until 2009. Catriona then worked as the Head of HR Operations at ADT Fire & Security - Europe (Tyco subsidiary) from 2009 to 2012. Catriona worked at Tyco as the Head of Workforce Support EMEA from 2012 to 2013. Catriona then moved on to NCH Corporation, where they served as the VP of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Europe from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Catriona holds the position of VP of Human Resources - Europe at JELD-WEN, Inc. since 2018 and is also the VP of Human Resources - North America since 2023.
Catriona Longford received a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in HRM from Keele University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
