Scott Nodine has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Scott started their career as a Real Estate Professional at ERA Panther Realty in 2003. Scott then worked in sales and new homes account management at Country Roads of the Carolinas before moving to Eastwood Homes as a New Home Specialist. In 2007, they joined EPIC Development as a Project Development / Community Representative. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at RCS Corporation as an Account Executive/Sr. Technical Recruiter. During this time, they also had a contracted role as a Technical Recruiter at Areva. In 2014, they joined CB&I as a Senior Recruiter. Scott Nodine later transitioned into the field of talent acquisition and held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at JELD-WEN, Inc. from 2019 to 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition - North America at JELD-WEN, Inc.
Scott Nodine received their BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1999 and 2003.
