Kate Alben

Kate Alben currently serves as the VP of Corporate Strategy and Distribution at Jencap since July 2022, previously holding the role of Senior Business Development Manager for the Northeast and Northeast Workers’ Compensation Marketing Manager. Prior to Jencap, Kate worked at Risk Innovations Insurance Agency, LLC as a Territory Manager from September 2019 to July 2022. Kate's extensive experience includes serving as VP of Client Engagement at PMC Insurance Group, where management of the Policy Service Team supported retention goals and client service enhancements. Additional roles included Regional Vice President of the Midwest and Territory/Marketing Manager at Cluett Commercial Insurance Agency Inc., and Director of Marketing for the New England Region at Reliance National Insurance Company. Early in the career, Kate held positions as Sr. Sales Executive and Account Executive for ManagedComp, where notable responsibilities included developing the first Healthcare and Manufacturing Self-Insurance Groups in New Hampshire. Kate holds a BA/BS degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and possesses a Massachusetts P&C Brokers License.
